We truly cannot recommend Tracey and Gail enough. From the very beginning, they were everything you could hope for — organised, calm, and creative — but what they did for us during our wedding week in Tenerife went far beyond anything we ever expected. The entire week was hit with the most unpredictable, freak weather: constant storms, wind, and uncertainty that had everyone on edge. By the morning of our wedding, the rain was relentless, and it felt like our dream outdoor ceremony might not happen at all. Just 15 minutes before we were due to walk down the aisle, there was a sudden, heavy downpour. But somehow, through all of this, Tracey and Gail never let us feel stressed or overwhelmed. Behind the scenes, they were working tirelessly — adjusting plans, coordinating suppliers, drying chairs, making last-minute calls, and keeping everything moving seamlessly. Their calmness and confidence reassured us completely, even when things felt chaotic. And then, almost unbelievably, everything came together. The rain eased just in time, the setup looked stunning, and the ceremony went ahead beautifully. It honestly felt like magic — but we know it was down to their sheer determination, experience, and refusal to let anything ruin our day. Tracey, who also conducted our ceremony, took so much time and care to make it truly personal to us, telling our story in such a heartfelt and meaningful way. They also went above and beyond when it came to every detail — recommending amazing suppliers for hair and makeup, organising entertainment including a sax player, and taking care of so many key elements. Every recommendation was spot on. What could have been a disaster turned into something even more memorable and special. Tracey was nothing short of amazing. I don't even know where to start — not only was Tracey amazing on the day, she was even better on the build up. Constantly at the end of the phone, giving advice, recommendations, reassurance. More than just a wedding planner — a friend. Tracey recommended some fantastic suppliers who we were able to get in touch with to create our perfect day. She was always there to give all the information we required. This is so important when you're stressing about certain things, as you want your big day to be perfect. Tracey was our celebrant and did the flowers for our wedding — all I can say is, incredible. Our ceremony was full of love, laughter and happiness — exactly what we wanted. She has this amazing ability of sharing our love story with everyone in a fun, heartfelt way. One thing all of our guests said the whole day was "I've never witnessed a ceremony like that." Tracey also did our flowers — the only word to describe these is immaculate. Simply stunning. She created our dream. I had my dream wedding, thanks to Gail and Tracey! They are truly the best — so friendly, kind, and supportive. They really understood my vision and brought it to life. When we had to change our venue at the last minute, their experience and knowledge of different locations helped us a lot. Both Gail and Tracey were always available and responded to messages very quickly. I couldn't have asked for better support, and I'm so grateful to them for making my big day so special.

I'm a strong believer in "whats for you can't pass you". After falling into the hands of an incompetent planner I believed my dream wedding was gone..

Now when I look back I realize this was supposed to happen, so that we were led to Gail and Tracy, two beautifully genuine souls.

They swooped in a year ago and literally saved the day. They treated our wedding as if they were planning their own. They brought our dream wedding to reality and completely exceeded our expectations.

Tracy planned our ceremony perfect everything was so personal to us and I couldn’t of chosen the words better myself, Tracy took the time to voice call not only us but our family and friends to make sure our ceremony contained all personal memories.
