Sophie and Nathan's wedding at Roca Blanca Beach Club is one we'll never forget — and not just because it was a beautiful day. It was the wedding where, against all odds, the weather threw absolutely everything at us, and we still pulled off a stunning ceremony. The whole week leading up to the wedding was hit with freak storms — relentless wind, rain, and uncertainty. By the morning of the big day, the rain at Roca Blanca was pouring down. And just 15 minutes before Sophie was due to walk down the aisle, there was a sudden, heavy downpour. But behind the scenes, we'd been working flat out — adjusting plans, coordinating suppliers, drying chairs, making last-minute calls — to make sure their day still happened. And somehow, magically, the rain eased just in time. The setup looked stunning. The ceremony went ahead. And what could have been a disaster became one of the most memorable weddings we've ever planned. Tracey conducted the ceremony as celebrant, telling Sophie and Nathan's story in the way only she can. With 70 of their family and friends gathered, a sax player, and a fire show after dark, the day rolled into an unforgettable evening at the beach club.
